Mr. Casey brings a long history of success in the computer field.  He founded a film and video production company in Washington, D.C., then built it into the third largest in less than 3 years.  Mr. Casey built the first web site for video production in Washington, D.C., and went on to pioneer the use of video on the internet and video presentations on CD's as formidable marketing tools.  In 1996, he sold that business and dedicated himself to web marketing research, search engine optimization (SEO), web design and Internet E-commerce.  Mr. Casey is making M3Company a major force in helping small and medium businesses compete with the Fortune 500. His proprietary search engine promotion techniques have converted web sites receiving less than 50 visitors a month into ones that receive over 100,000. It is this dedication to excellence that earned him a place on the Google Rankings website as an SEO professional to help improve a business's website ranking in Google.com.

Jim is a member of the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce and is one of the original members of the Fauquier Technology Alliance and Fauquier Leadshare Business Networking groups.

He is also active in his community. He is the past President of the Blue Ridge Pioneer Council of the Telecom Pioneers, a nationwide volunteer organization; past chairman of the Association of Belltel Retirees, a national organization of former Bell Telephone and GTE Retirees; founder of ProtectSeniors.Org, a retiree lobbying and advocacy group;  a volunteer Medicare Insurance counselor in the Fairfax Area Aid to the Aging organization, a former president of the Fauquier Technology Alliance and has served on the Fauquier County Internet Bandwidth Improvement Task Force.
